Love that they included a fresh basil leaf with the Margherita pizza. Also came with lil containers of red pepper flakes and parm. Very cheesy and delicious. Chewy crust. Caesar salad (Insalata di Cesare) is very very basic but they throw in a few canned anchovies.

Coda Alla Vaccinara was beyond amazing! Came with plenty of sauce, fresh focaccia, butter, and a small container of red pepper flakes if I wanted to add any spice. I will absolutely order again when I'm back in town!

luvvvvv this place! consistently chef's kisses! the portions are amazing. they dont skimp on the proteins either! one of the only places that i feel is worth the money these days. Boscaiola with Rose Sauce is my absolute fav

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant in the Marina, and one of the very best in San Francisco. Their pasta is gorgeous, the pizza is incredible and the meatballs are better than my Sicilian mother's. Highly recommend.

The first two times I ordered from Roma Antica, the Pollo alla parmigiana was great. However, this third time it was very salty, and so was the Amatriciana. Also, in the past, I've been sent a decently sized slice of the chocolate cake however it was very tiny this time and it was more frosting than the actual cake.
