The last fewtimes at the McKinney location the soups, particularly the Chicken Pot Pie soup & Chilli, have been mostly water & very little substance. They are either being stingy irnoymaking enough soup for the customers. Definitely not worth the $8 price rag anymore.

This location is absolutely disgusting. The only things that arrived edible were a bag of chips and a bottled drink. Everything else was either made wrong, missing or absolutely disgusting. Sandwiches didn't have meat (!?!?)or veggies and really were just soggy wet bread with TONS of mayo. Wrong cookies. Missing drink. Soups weren't even filled halfway. Complete waste of time and money.
I've contacted their district manager but I won't hold my breath.Potbelly used to be good wtf.

Kind of a messily assembled sandwich. Good and all but a mess to eat. Love potbelly for their sandwiches, they always taste lovely and are generous in size. Just a messy sandwich was delivered.

Soup tasted and smelled all sorts of wrong. DoorDash refused to help. Not cool. I order all the time and know what that soup SHOULD taste like.
