• 26-07-08The Double Chicken Bowl was good but there wasn't a lot of chicken, would hate to see how little I would have gotten with a regular bowl. Also we didn't receive any salsa or chips.

• 25-01-25El Pollo Loco has been my go to place for chicken, until today. The 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo I received was burnt, very dry, and past the point of being edible. I couldnt even bite thru the skin. Also not a store related issue, but DoorDash refused to refund because apparently quality issues don't qualify for refunds. The chicken had to go in the trash. Very disappointing.

• 23-03-12Only the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla came as described. The Double Chicken Tostada Salad and the Original Pollo Bowl (2 of them) didn't even have 1 portion of chicken let alone the double portion in the Double Chicken Tostada Salad. Very disappointed because it is the first time this happens to me at Pollo Loco.
