The Tallarines verde was uff .. great .. super delicious .. try it !! in comparison to other restaurants this has the best taste..

This is not great logo saltado. It was $18, but there was no flavor, medium quality meat and the fries were not cooked with the meat. The fries were clearly from a stand alone fry cooker. It's a pretty simple fix and traditional to cook the potatoes with the meat so that they absorb the flavor (not that there was any to absorb). The soy sauce base was not present. It just tasted like cheap oil thrown together with the meat. The onions weren't cooked well enough, which would have helped the dish have flavor. I don't believe a Peruvian made this dish, it is the simplest dish.

the Tallarin Verde con Bistec was supposed to be linguine, they used spaghetti, bistec was basically beef jerky, and the sauce wasnt even green. The 1/4 Pollo with 2 Sides was over cooked and beans were severely undercooked. The Anticuchos de Corazón however, were delectable. If it weren't for the Anticuchos, i would've gave em a very poor rating.

are you guys serious? I like your food and everything, but it is disappointing to pay almost 5 dollars for a side of plantains, and they only put 4 peaces seriously more than 1 dollar for each peace
