Got the steak with my rice bowl, quite a few pieces were not good at all. Bad flavor, tough to chew, burnt or fatty. I feel like since it was 5 and they closed at 6, the food wasn't very fresh. My wife's chicken was overcooked, and it way too expensive to have all these problems. I give it a very generous 2/5

ordered side of rice that they no longer alow to add to your lettuce bowl, gentleman at store said just write note in will add rice in, but merchant doesnt take special requests, had to pay 5$extra for the rice, but instead was given French fries

Food was just okay. Chicken was pretty dry and they forgot the Grilled Pita. Fries say hand cut but they totally seem frozen from a bag. Not impressed. Garlic sauce was sort of on the side but not in a separate container so it permeated the entire Rachel's Rice Bowl.

Food was not made to order . Onions on order when not requested, no tomatoes on any food, falfel was burnt and inedible. Tried to call store for resolution and no one answered. Disappointed. Never again
