The cold N6. Dunhuang Cold Noodles 敦煌凉面 are amazing. Not your typical cold noodles, these are a bit spicy and not sweet, with mushrooms and whole peanuts -- worth it just for these noodles.
The N4. Zha Jiang Noodles 炸酱面 were just not my style -- there was nothing wrong with them, I just didn't like the dish; chalk it up to ordering poorly. It was bland with ground beef, which I wasn't expecting. Just not exciting at all and surprising given all of the great dishes here.

The noodles are good spicy, but these are not transparent noodles-- I was eager to try the wide glass ones. These look more like drunken noodles. They are all stuck together-- so a little tricky to eat.
