The Iced Matcha was good and travelled well, not too thin and not too icy. The Longhorn sandwich was definitely meaty. It was however a little one-note in flavor. Nothing stood out other than the bagel, which was tasty and salty (I had the bacon cheese bagel on the sandwich.) The chew on both bagels was just right. The Bagel W/Cream Cheese was good and *loaded* with cream cheese, which is good because charging $2 for a schmear is WILD. I only ordered because the promotion made it more reasonable to try. If I get a hankering. I may order again if another discount is offered.

The flavor is amazing. Whenever I crave a good bagel I go here. But not only are the bagels on par with NYC/NJ bagels they actually know how to make a proper breakfast sandwich. Bacon, avocado spread, the perfect eggs, the sauce. I cannot rave about this bagel enough. Absolute 100%! go here, get the Texan! On a bacon cheddar bagel!!

I'm never disappointed when I order from here. The bagels are always soft and fresh. Never too doughy. I opt for the Build Your Own because its than attempting to modify the menu. This is an egg, hashbrown, with chipotle mayo on a rosemary olive oil bagel. 10/10

OMG, What New Yorker is running this place. The Deluxe Lox Smoked Salmon is the hands down Ultimate Mother of all Lox and Cream Cheese Bagels EVER!! From the first bite to the last this is the BEST I have had in Texas. So good I had to verify the goodness again, Yes second day in a row and Bagel Cafe 21 did NOT disappoint. A little taste of heaven on a bagel. PERFECT!! Pure Perfection!!!
