I rode by this place one time. Caught a glimpse. I was immediately reminded of my childhood; Anywhere,NC, the 90s, Gyro spot, slicing the lamb off the slab. I loved the well done crispier outer pieces.----I kept the place in mind. So when I got ready to have my gyro fix I knew where I wanted to try!! Bay-beeee, it was just what I imagined. Seasoned just the way I remember. I got the gyro platter, I was given plenty of slices of juicy lamb. I wish I had an extra pita. It was very generous. This won't be the last time I order for sure!!

They were nice and did all of my special request, but the lamb in the lamb gyro sandwich tasted pretty funky. Like maybe spoiled. Had to throw it away. :( I also do not like that the lamb is in big thick huge chunks, not used to that. Wings did not seem freshly cooked.

I ordered two lamb gyros from Gyro King. While the meat was flavorful and well-seasoned, the pita was unfortunately stale and hard, which took away from the overall experience. The tomatoes were also cut too large, making the gyros a bit messy to eat. My wife and I would’ve enjoyed them a lot more if the pita had been fresh. There’s potential here, but the details matter.

unnecessary amount of white sauce, I didn't even ask for extra. This place is only good in the daytime. The evening staff doesn't care about quality or their reputation

The chicken in the gyro had good results flavor but was too hard. The chicken kebab was perfect. The beef kebab was good but had too much fatty pieces. The zeppoli had great flavor but was too chewy.
