El Indio has fast become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, especially for their enchiladas. the Cheese Enchiladas are one of my faves, but the chicken ones are a go-to since they're always tasty and the chicken is never dry.

El Indio seems to never let me down. I've enjoyed pretty much everything I've had, but the enchiladas (any kind) are always great. their Queso Dip is always silky smooth yumminess!

Got the la Govieta added fajita veg.overall very bland, smaller amount of chicken than expected. Food was hot and chips and salsa were okay

Almost everything was good taste wise. Chips did not have much taste, but pairing with the queso helped. I did not receive as much rice as I would have thought. There was not much of a difference between the beef tips enchilada and stuffed burrito tastes or looks wise.

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants I've tried in the area. The queso dip was awesome. The shrimp fajitas were good. The ingredients were fresh and cooked well but there was no seasoning which would have made them even better. The only things I truly didn't like were the rice and beans. The beans were an off putting color and the rice was like garlicky? But the food was good and I will order from here again!
