The # 12. Quesadilla is very good, as well as the Chips (To Go)and Salsa (To Go). The chips are on the thicker side but still really good, fresh and not salty or oily! Will definitely eat here again!!

Like someone else said in their review, the cheese dip was massive, which was perfect because I like to eat cheese dip for a snack the next day. It's worth the $5.50, whereas you'll pay more for a "large" elsewhere and get less cheese.
I also ordered 27. Enchilada Dinner with ground beef, which was a great portion! They officially have my favorite Enchilada Dinner in the area because their enchilada sauce isn't sweet like others' and their refried beans still have some whole beans in them. I already knew I liked their food because I went there in person before. But, I will definitely order to-go from them again as well. Highly recommend El Ranchero.

Birria Ramen was very tasty and interesting. Quite filling and packed with lot of meat. I would have loved to see some fresh veggies added to it, to give a more ramen feeling. A soft boiled egg might be great as well. Overall I think this fusion idea has a lot of potential but still needs some perfection. The dish was a little too salty I felt, not much though. I ordered it as a takeout, having it in the restaurant might have had a better experience.

The # 38. Fajitas was very good! They even followed my special instructions. I love how cheap everything was also. Definitely will be ordering again!

We were so disappointed in this order! My husband found the # 57. Tamales and Taco dry and not very flavorful at all. I love Chile Rellenos but # 25. Chiles Relleno was disgusting. They were stone cold and the cheese that is normally hot and melty (in other restaurants) was cold and hard. See the photos where I lifted the cold cheese lump off the pepper filled with meat. The Cheese Dip and Chips (To Go) were OK so we were able to give a rating of 2 stars. But all in all, we would rather have eaten from Taco Bell (which is a good fast food alternative).
