The Classic Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup and scallion pancakes were delicious!! The spicy oil on the side for the soup was perfect (so deliciously hot, just as I was hoping for and remember from home cooking) and the soup's temperature was also perfectly hot even after bringing home!
I love the crispiness of the pancakes and only wish I could've enjoyed it dining in for an even crispier crisp.
So happy that Noodle Craft is just a 4 minute walk from my apartment! going to be picking up often

Literally one of my favorite noodle places in all of NYC and the C-3 Chicken Noodle Soup (鸡肉汤面) is second to none.

broth, noodles, bokchoy were perfect... serving size was great. but for some reason the wontons didn't taste fresh. tasted a bit old. I'll still try other things on the menu next time.

half the container of noodles was cucumbers and the pork was way too salty and oily and had an inch of oil on the top of the container.

Food was pretty bland. The crab B-17 Fried Crab Claw (2 Pcs) 炸蟹鉗 didn't taste like the ones at a Chinese wedding but were good. The A-7 Taiwanese Salt and Pepper Chicken ( 盐酥鸡) didn't really taste like anything, nor did the C-6 Hong Kong Style Wonton Noodle (云吞面). Overall pretty disappointing
