White castle in gurnee is the worst white castle I have ever eaten from. This is my third time and it was not up to my standards and I was a manager at white castles and I know the food is always fresh and delicious. My chicken rings tasted funny and my burgers were awful

The sprite is wrong, I ordered a midnight sprite and got regular but the sprite also tastes like they maybe needed to change the syrup in the machine. Very watered down and has a bad taste. The sliders and onion rings are correct and good tho! I also wasn't given a straw!!

unfortunately the fries were almost uncooked? first time we have had them show up translucent and floppy. sliders were perfectly steamy and delicious tho.

I was hoping that the 1921 THE 1921 SLIDER CAL 250 would be better than it was. I was disappointed. I was expecting there to be lettuce and tomato on the burger but there was not. Also there was no straw for my soda. Overall I was disappointed with this meal and likely won't order From White Castle again.
