Kind of salty, even for someone like me who prefers dishes on the saltier side, so beware if you have a lighter palate. It does however have plenty of flavour, and the portion size is decent. We ordered both the Zenbu Mazesoba and the Niku Mazesoba but the Zenbu was missing the large seaweed sheets shown in the description and the pictures, so, we essentially paid the extra $3 for extra half an egg?
Now that we've tried it once, will probably not order again unless a specific type of craving hits.

The minced pork bowl and ninja gyoza were fantastic but the tonkotsu broth provided tasted like heavy cream poured into a bowl. It was weird because I've had their broth before and it was really good. Maybe an opsie?

The Vegan ramen is made with a soy milk broth and it tastes like noodles in soy noodles. Unfortunately it's not appetizing at all. For the price, you'd hope for a little more effort and thought into a vegan option that isn't just unseasoned soy milk and some mushy noodles.

Zenbu Mazesoba was made wrong, no spicy & the pork/pork belly pieces tasted awful. Meat has gone bad/not fresh.
