Absolutely amazing Tonkatsu ramen, I've had authentic ramen in Japan and this is one of the closest to that here in dfw. Well worth the price, delivery/to-go packaging is amazing and the staff pays attention to details, I did a group order and everyone's stuff was separated into individual bags and labeled with our names. The only negative thing for me was that the ramen bowls only have half an egg and when you order an extra ramen egg it's also only half, it would be nice for that to be labeled, we ordered extra noodles, eggs and pork to share and couldn't share the extra egg. We will definitely be regular customers.

Birria Ramen and Okinimiyaki Fries are okay, concepts are great. The broth is on the saltier side so squeezing the lime is a must and the meat is dry. Ajitama isn't  mindblowing. If you were drunk and hangry this would be great.
If you know how to make okonomiyaki in general it's best to make your own since it's only toppings on fries. Best to try their other items like tonkotsu

They give you like 1 cup of broth, noodles were decent, broth was lacking flavor, Chicken Karaage was soft for some reason, its supposed to be crunchy. Its really hard to find good ramen in DFW area and this aint it.

The tonkotsu broth and noodles are good but they give you barely any broth. You cant even see the broth once you mix it with the noodles. I wouldnt recommend ordering this to go. It might be better to eat there.

They give very SMALL amount of broth for their Tonkotsu ramen. Its honestly so sad becauss the flavor is amazing but there's no enough broth to even sip once the noodles absorb it. I will change my review once they fix gheirsize proprotions. Half stars for half the broth they give. 

Also they usually always forget to pack the sauce for the Chicke Karaagen.
