The previouly received 3 orders I had from Mama Goldberg's the bread was burnt black. All were Ruben Sandwiches but not all 3 were door dash ordered. So this time I called & requested my bread be toasted but not burnt. So if this new orders bread was toasted, it was so way below lightly toasted IF Toasted at all. Also the sandwich did not have any 1000 Island or their type or mustard &  the only sauerkraut was about three strings of cabbage across the top of 1/2 of the sandwich. It is a sandwich I understand but when I DoorDash it, the cost is right around $20.00. Not wrong once, but Now 4 times. Makes me wonder if the staff is trained on how to make Their Sandwiches.
The delivery drive was AWESOME, done EXACTLY what was listed on the instructions, that was perfect! Driver did not call, knock or try to contact me in anyway, which is EXACTLY what I wanted. Have had several drivers knock or call hoping to get an additional tip. But not this driver. The order was delivered just exactly how requested.

We ordered two sandwiches and two orders of nachos tonight. When our order showed up, we had one sandwich and two orders of nachos. I called the store and the girl said we were out of roast beef so I refunded your order. They 100% should have called us to see if we wanted to replace the sandwich or cancel the order. This means someone did not get their dinner.

They didnt have the soups listed on the website. A substitute was brought and was warm and tasty but was all broth withhardly any content.
