• 26-07-21The Cachapa Chori-Queso and all other Cachapas I've had from Azucar Morena have been excellent, not overcooked and not undercooked. The cheese tastes perfect against the cachapa, and is a huge portion.
For the size and taste, it's worth the money.
My only complaint is the Black Beans
This menu items shows the beans with cheese and describes the beans as having cheese on DoorDash.
This is literally jusy beans. I’ve ordered it twice thinking it would come with cheese. There is no cheese. It's disappointing every time.

• 26-08-22I ordered the cachapa with beef and cheese and the beef was corned beef yuk.. I've had authentic cachapa's and this one was by far the worst. Usually the beef is cooked in a flavorful salsa and shredded.. I've never had one where they used corned beef.. also the arepa dough was too dry to my liking.

• 26-05-05Overall it does the trick with filling you up and the price isn't too bad. The Pulled Pork arepas were not as expected, they had pieces of diced pork tha fell all over the place when you pick up your arepa and the meat was a bit chewy. The plantains were as expected and Black Beans could have had better flavor.

• 25-10-24The empanada was HUGE and good but definitely needed more than just beef in it. A sauce, cheese, anything would have kicked it up a notch.
La Reina Pepeada was good but probably would have been better had I left the mayo on it (alas, I have an egg allergy).
Both items were hot and fresh, and I am largely satisfied. I would definitely come back.

• 25-05-15The Cachapa W/ Chicken & Cheese was decent with really good cheese and chicken but was still lacking in flavor. The sauce given along with it wasnt to my liking but the Cachapa W/ Chicken & Cheese was still pretty ok without it. The Pulled Pork was actually really not what I was expected for 15$. It was small and the bread (not sure what it's actually called) was weird and overpowered the taste. The filling was just plain bbq and some bell peppers with protein. Considering the cost and taste the Pulled Pork was really disappointing.
