Visiting Buffalo and my friend suggested this place and I now see why. The food was delicious, really generous portions, but my goodness the customer service blew my mind! The owner himself called me because he realized they forgot to give me part of my order. He even offered to drive it down to me himself! I ended up giving him my friends name who recommended them and he's going to give her a credit next time she orders. Who would expect that in a city?! Very, very impressed and they've made a repeat customer in me whenever I'm in town. Even the food containers had smiley faces drawn on them! Way, way beyond what you get from most places. Super impressed and they cheered up my rainy Buffalo afternoon!

This chicken sandwich was absolutely terrible. The croissant was hard as a rock. Have had this a few times & was delicious. The Reuben & French Dip were just okay. By far not the delicious sandwiches I'm used to with your business

The Sweet Potato Fries were phenomenal! The glaze adds such an extra element. The Fish Fry was a delicious, generous crispy portion! My new Go-To for my Friday FishFry!
