Everything was perfect. They were generous with the portion they gave us, and the sweet tea was very sweet and fresh.

Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz ordered fries and Cole slaw, got no fries but a double portion of spoiled Cole slaw. I mean you could smell it opening the bag. I used to love Zaxbys but lately it's been going down hill.

My plate was turned over and all of the slaw and juice soaked my fries and chicken fingers. And from the looks of it there was more slaw juice than slaw. The bread was so hard it was impossible to eat. Complete waste of $20. Door dash was absolutely no help at all. They did not care one bit - offered a $5 refund. And I didn't even get that. So I paid $20 for one chicken finger!!!! The dasher said she didn't turn the plate over so I don't know what happened.

Everything was delicious, as always!!! Except for forgetting the extra Extra Sauce I paid for. Y'all really need to pay better attention to the little details. It could ruin someone's meal. Luckily I had some leftover honey mustard. Otherwise, I give ya two thumbs up! 👍👍
