Both dishes were very tasty. The Ají De Gallina , while not exactly the same as a Peruvian Ají de gallina, is quite similar, and the best I've had in Tucson. As for dessert, Crema Volteada, yummy!

Inca's is my favorite restaurant in Tucson. If you want a unique & delicious meal try the lomo, pollo, or shrimp saltados (spicy- if you like spicy food- but you can get them non spicy, too). These three dishes are terrific, but nothing I've eaten at this restaurant has disappointed me. The seafood dishes are also top notch, the crema volteado dessert is a perfect ending to any meal, and the salads are especially tasty. If you're only visiting Tucson, be sure to check out Inca's before you leave

Ridiculously expensive. Had to wait 20 more minute to pickup even after stating it was ready. Jasmin rice was soggy and salty. Saltado Mixto was just a mix of grilled stuff, not spicy at all as requested. Nothing special.

Everthing was good UNTIL I got to the rice. The rice is uncooked, i mean when i looked at it the top portion looks fluffy and good but when i get to the bottom its just not cooked well. Like I get it the food good , so price of an entree is $20 . But for the portions being so little, atleast provide with some good quality or meal thats cooked properly .

The food was great! Both the causa rellena and arroz with mariscos were delicious! My boyfriend and I loved the flavors and the various seafood in the arroz con mariscos. We would have loved to eat more of this wonderful dish!! Thank you so much for the awesome food! We will definitely order from this place agin!!
