Besides the 47 minute delay.... the food was still warm and pretty tasty! First time trying both dishes, the Pork Soup Dumplings (6) 灌汤小笼包 still had soup and solid texture, not a fan of the dip. The Tom Yum Dumplings Soup 冬阴汤包汤 wasn't too spicy for me but my tolerance is strong, but the flavor was amazing!

Bought the Eight Treasure Congee and the Born In Chicken on Doordash, and the packaging was so terrible that the soup for the chicken was spilled everywhere.
Foodwise, the chicken was decent but definitely did not worth the price. The biggest issue is with the congee, which is oversweet and by no means authentic. I grew up drinking eight treasure congees and cooked them myself too, but in no way should cashews be part of the ingredients. Please follow traditional recipes.

They've had some ups and downs over the few years they've been in business. Great Szechuan chefs get poached. But barring a few hiccups, they are as good as any and better than most Szechuan places anywhere. Beef Beef with Wild Pepper Strips 野山椒牛肉丝 is RIDICULOUSLY delicious. Szecuan wonton soup is unbelievable. And try the dry pepper chicken wings.. You'll never go back to regular Buffalo.

I love DJs Kitchen!! The Wonton in Chili Oil 红油抄手 with extra garlic is my family's favorite thing. I love all of their food. Dry Pepper Chicken Wings (6) 香辣鸡翅 are crispy and juicy and so tasty. The Szechuan Style 四川系列 chicken or shrimp is so delicious even their specialty dinks are amazing! The Lemoade 柠檬汁n and the Kumquat lemon tea is the bomb. Order from here you will not be disappointed! I have never had anything from here that I didn't enjoy. The staff there is really nice too.
