Royal Everest is the best Indian food in the area. The curry is always creamy and the naan is always deliciously crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

We added an order of chicken Tikka masala, and it was all so delicious! Deep, aromatice spices blended into a warming meal, balanced with cooling and refreshing raita. This is my family's favorite Indian restaurant in all of Seattle.

I ordered Hot Chicken Tikka Masala, veg Samosa ,
White Basmati Rice, and Plain Naan.
Chicken Tikka Masala and White Basmati Rice was flavorful, tasted good with good portion. Spices complimented each other and were balanced . Only fault for me was there were no cutlery items , so had to eat with hand and realized that food color was little excess on Tikka Masala, my hand was left yellow and had to be washed multIiple times before it went away. I feel that, this can be improved by using less of food color, since the food is already good .
Plain Naan for me was not as I expected . Even though the naan was hot and packed good , the naan was chewy and was hard to break . I threw most of it since it got hard and hard to chew. I think this can be improved as well. Maybe adding yoghurt to the dough could help.
Samosa was pretty much ok. Filings were balanced. Side chutney were good . Just a little bit more salt could have been better for me .
Overall , the food was good but I have left the review showing some room for improvement. With little bit more attention to details , this place can surely can be the best !

the 3-star spice level was a big jump 2 stars. beware ghe spice if you're sensitive. each and every dish, chutney and dessert was delicious, although the naan is a standout, as was the shrimp Shrimp Tandoori. you definitely have ny business!

The best mango curry I've ever found! very flavorful & so amazingly good! I keep coming back for more. The garlic nan is delicious too.
