Ribeye was cooked perfectly, only giving 4 stars because my brother cooks a better steak
got asparagus and mushrooms on the side, and those were cooked perfectly as well. I loved that they weren't over-cooked and still had some bite to them
shrimp was delicious as well
only thing the dish could have used would be a touch of acid. However, the lemonade helped remedy that

I ordered the Canadian salmon with the honey glaze, I could hardly taste it at all there was so little of it on the salmon. The carrots were supposed to sweet but not only were they not sweet they were essentially raw. The risotto was also undercooked, and to top it all off, it took about an hour or so to get my food. Even with the salmon being on special the menu items aren't cheap. This made me sad.

The grilled salmon was very undercooked. The edges were cooked well and tasted really good. The crab cakes had a lot of pieces of shell in them. Other than that, they tasted excellent. I used to really, really like the cheese cake when it was served by the slice.it was so creamy and delicious. Now it's served in the shape of those little short cake cakes, that shape. No more creamy goodness. VERY sad. Bring back the slices!!!!

While presentation and size was an A+ I'd have to give flavor a D-. The prime rib was very salty couldn't finish eating it.
