What happened to this place? Used to be my go-to for sushi in the area but not only did they up the price, but they lowered the quality. They served spoiled salmon and inedible pieces. Cucumber was oozing white and slimy, and the side crab salads were past their prime.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant, both ordering through DoorDash and visiting in person. I usually love their sushi and have always been impressed with the quality, even though it is quite expensive.
However, this time I was very disappointed. In my order, the House Salmon Special Sushi contained fish scales, which made it impossible to enjoy and even hurt my teeth. For a high-end sushi restaurant, I expect much better attention to detail and food preparation.
I hope this was just an unfortunate mistake, but it was very frustrating considering the price of the meal (over $390). I would appreciate a refund for the affected item(s) and hope the restaurant can prevent this from happening again

Quality is not good. Tastes frozen, not fresh and definitely not worth the amount of food for sixty dollars.
