Delicious. Saba was very good and they gave me lemon slices which was perfect. Japanese Curry w/Katsu was very flavorful and the portion was also very big. I was also given a side salad and miso souo which was very good

I'm a huge fan of Kizuna. They are close to my office building, so I order often while at work. My favorite is the Sakedon that comes with a great portion of salmon sashimi and spicy salmon chunks over rice. It's always a fresh selection and a satisfying portion. I've only had their sushi and highly recommend. The price can be a little steep here, but location can be everything.

I have to let the cat out of the bag even if it means I would have to wait longer for my sushi. The spicy mayo from here hits different. It's perfect every time. The sushi is fresh and the miso soup is always very flavorful and doesn't taste watery. They have a nice sake collection and the packaging is always so thoughtful.

Do not recommend. This place is nothing more than food court mall quality. Surprised how expensive this place is considered how basic it was. Yes it is door dash, and the prices are increased for the door dash fee, but damn compared to other Japanese places on DoorDash it's a joke. Just go to Genki Izakaya! Literally had it the night before and it was great!
We thought the Kizuna Roll was tasty but everything else we ordered were mid or just bad. Pork Belly Baos (Steamed Buns) and Takoyaki were mediocre. The Kuro "Black" Edamame W/ Sea Salt had me laughing when it was just overcooked frozen edamame with nothing "black" about it.
Nabeyaki Udon was terrible. Just remove this from your menu Kizuna--you're not doing yourself any favors. It tasted like airport food in BF nowhere. The amount of broth is equivalent to a standard miso bowl, and I took a photo with a quarter for scale to show the discrepancy. I get a huge container of broth for typical pho, but I get a kid's container at Kizuna. Shrimp tempura wasn't seasoned, but don't worry the chicken was salty AF. You can also taste that the udon is frozen (which is complete different texture if you try the udon at Genki Izakaya). Then when you mix it all together---it's trash.
Lastly even if you select No Utensils/Silverware, / No Soy Sauce for this order they'll add it to your order any way. No biggie but whoever is putting together everything is overlooking stuff. There's no QC check and I ordered this at 4pm before dinner rush.

The chicken wings and dumplings are outstanding-juicy,great flavor and arrive still hot!
Sushi and special rolls are also the best I have had in dc area.
