• 23-08-16Just because the menu is in Vietnamese doesn't mean these people know how to cook! I ordered shrimp spring rolls and the broiled lemongrass chicken rice plate. The shrimp in the spring rolls was a slice of shrimp about as thick as a potato peel and loosely bundled romain lettuce was the primary ingredient. The lemongrass chicken was cut paper thin like paillards, then grilled to the texture of shoe leather, with no hint of lemongrass. Fortunately, I had some in the fridge.
However, the rice portion was generous. The leftovers should make decent fried rice. I really love GOOD lemongrass chicken. (sigh) The quest goes on...
