Food is fresh, tasty ..delicious. Fulfilling.
Last two times that I ordered they forgot one of the proteins and they gave me salad instead of the black lentils But overall a very good eating experience.

I ordered a Grains Bowl with half portions of sweet potato and steak, but was only given a half portion of steak. They also forgot my picked red onions and side pita (I know this is free but it's still disappointing). When I reported an issue, I was only given a $9 refund in dash credits for my $30 order. The food was good, but missing too many ingredients.

Bowl half empty. Steak had zero taste and the pita chips were a bit overcooked. Paid too much for what I got.

Second time the bowl was half full and they did not include everything i ordered. No dressing, no pita, barely any chicken. The bowl arrived looking like it was someone's leftovers. Not $18 worth of food at all.

Cava never gets the order right. Too many olives, not enough veggies. The "half main" order of potatoes was missing or too small to find. The"half main" of veggies was small. Again, as in the past orders, no pita crisps. Only one of us got the free pita bread, but last time neither of us received it. Tried to call twice while our order was pending to ask a manager to check our order (for QA/QC) but the phone rang forever and no one answered. Fool me once.....
