have gone downhill so much! they were my favorite sandwich place about 5 years ago. The last three times we've ordered from them, they left half the ingredients off the sandwich and they only use about half or a third of the amount of meat that they used to. see photo of their ham, arugula, cranberry sandwich... no arugula, no cranberry, and very little ham. basically a mayonnaise onion sandwich. when I got their famous Carter sandwich recently, there was exactly one slice of turkey and not much else.

The Carter was the highlight of the order. Bacon egg n chs was ok but bland but soft bagel, probably wouldnt reorder.
