Store went above customer service. They were out of our ordered flavors so subbed flavors but gave us an order of mini pretzels in the flavors we ordered. Apologized with a handwritten note. Pretzels had awesome flavors, highly recommend the Jalapeño Cheddar Pretzel (Large) and the ASI ago, Herb & Cracked Pepper Pretzel (Large) with the Cream

I always order a variety to try to figure out which one is my favorite. I thiiiink it's the Garlic Parm but they're all great. Personally I think the savory are way better than the sweet here. And the Beer Cheese is the absolute best

The jalapeño cheddar and Asiago pepper were my fave. Just the right amount of kick in each. The garlic lovers was soft and buttery. The beer cheese was nothing like I expected but I loved it!

The pretzels I pur were amazing but I feel like the men need to say one pretzel not small bc I thought I was getting small bag of (3) pretzels but the pretzels were so great

The Jalapeño Cheddar Twist (Small) were soooo good I wish I had bought like five instead of two! Next time :) I also really loved them paired with the spicy nacho cheese!
