Not like it used to be! Chicken fillet was very thin and hard. Just not as good as it used to be. Biscuits were hard on the bottom.

The chicken minis were very dry, the nuggets were hard like they have been sitting all night. The hasbrowns as well. I would order again but would prefer better quality

I’ve been getting increasingly disappointed with my Chick-fil-A orders. Every time I order chicken nuggets, they come with fewer pieces than expected. For example, one time I ordered a 12-count and only received 11. Today, I ordered an 8-count and got just 7. This keeps happening.
I also ordered a large fries, but the portion I received looked more like a medium. On top of that, I requested three Chick-fil-A sauces and only got one.
Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the consistency and accuracy of my orders.

My food was cold by the time it got to me. I am not sure why when I frequent this location on my own and my food makes it 10-15 to my house and is edible. I do not blame the dasher for this because it is as though the food was sitting a while. I am disappointed. My last few visits have not been up to par.
