veggie pakora is very overpriced considering the portion was only 3 slices of potato, 2 broccoli, and 2 cauliflower. any other restaurant will give you a serving 5x bigger than this one of veggie pakora for the same price. but the palak paneer is so delicious and much more reasonably portioned.

Everest On Grand will always have a special place in my heart. 16 years ago, when my wife was in mild labor with our oldest son, we ordered food from this restaurant. Tomorrow, our Leo turns 16 years old. So on the eve of his birthday, we ordered the exact same dishes we ate before he was born. Chicken Curry (Kukhura-ko Maasu), Goat Curry (Khasiko Maasu), Tomato Achaar and Potato Achaar. We are so lucky that Everest On Grand still exists, and the food is still so outstandingly delicious. And we can now enjoy it with Leo.

These guys are great, every time. Good portion sizes, everything is well seasoned and prepared, the meat is perfectly cooked and tender, their spice levels are accurate to the minnesotan palate in my experience, and they're lovely folks.

Lamb Tikka Masala - chunks are HUGE but very tough. Mango Lassi - 8oz, effective at spice cancelation. Vegetable Korma- the perfect texture cooked, medium is hotter than diablo sauce. Yak Momo 6 pcs- tasted like meatloaf, smallest we've seen, not sure what the flavor of sauce is, the yellow green dish, but fresh and delish.

Everest on grand has been my absolute favorite restaurant for years, their food is amazing and their portion size leaves me with multiple meals' worth of food. I get the Chicken Vindaloo with Naan and white rice every time I go here, really couldn't recommend it enough :)
