I love these sandwiches. I have had half the menu and it's never once disappointed! Everything tastes great, the veggies are fresh, and you get a great size sandwich for the price.

Everytime after I wait long enough to give this place another go, forgetting what they messed up last time, I order with hope and am disappointed. I ordered extra meat on my sandwich and there was no way there was $3.00 of meat on there let alone the normal serving without considering the extra I paid for. Avocado was light in quantity and brown. Love the sandwich but not made well, to my standards and has proven to be inconsistent and inappropriate portion.

Everything was so fresh and delicious! The apple walnut salad and the chicken pot pie soup are outstanding. Never had anything from Potbelly I didn't like. Everything was so carefully packaged and labeled too. Each sandwich labeled and the soups were tightly wrapped in foil to prevent spilling. Much appreciated!! Everyone in the office enjoyed their lunch!

Ordered this because it was cheaper than Panera and i was not disappointed!! I'm currently sick and the broccoli cheddar soup was so hot and made my throat feel way better, Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup the sandwich was delicious and i almost finished it all before even tasting the soup. I'm a personal pickle lover so the Potbelly Whole Pickle was a love for me!! Maybe one of my favorite pickles, overall 10/10!

I had the chicken pot pie soup and it was a delightful surprise. I will be ordering this regularly. the hot Italian sandwich was also tasty and fresh. items arrived just as ordered. the cookie is a perfect texture and sweetness. I am very satisfied with the items I have ordered today
