Unfortunately, this place has turned into a complete disappointment.
This place has good quality which is the reason why I use to go. However, The two young girls running the store were very rude and passive-aggressive (fake nice) and they are drastically reduced their portions.
I’ve been going here since opening and they gave me this measly half a cup… I paid $7.50 for a large and they served a portion that barely passes for a small! The two girls told me that they weren’t allowed to add any more. They blamed new management, but, frankly this is misrepresentation…
Their pictures show a completely different quantity and they use to honor that. I told her I just wanted my money back and they could keep the ice cream but she said she wouldn’t do that either. She kind of laughed at me and the old woman working there just kept her head down as if there was nothing she could do either. I felt like they just took my money and there was nothing I could do. Never had that happen to me before…
Never coming back again and they lost a very good customer!
