the Roasted Kabocha Squash Soup is always a winner. i wait for the season to come aroubd again. the duck fat crouton are delicious. my only critique is that they are too small.
the Potato Crusted Halibut was also very good. just wished for more of the potato crust.
the Strawber Tart was really enjoyable, creamy, just sweet enough, and with a delicious strawberry sauce.

We order fine dining 1-2 times a week. Yes the price is expensive, but you are paying for the qaulity and taste. With that in mind I cannot recommend this resturaunt. The quality, the taste and presentation is definitely not up to par for fine dining. If you want a premium steak or even potato al Gratin dauphinois look elsewere. This was our second time ordering from here. Both times we were disappointed. Steak was not flavorful, the corn is just pulverized corn juice, the Gratin dauphinois was greasy both times.

Chapeau never disappoints. Every dish I've tried so far is absolutely delicious, especially the soups and the filet mignon. The mini baguettes are also a must. I usually order a couple extra because so good. ❤️❤️

The turnips were gummy, the pork was medium (I ordered med rare), and the portion size was not worth how much I pause for this.

Tonight the person who put the order together really was skimpy on the portions I spent 149.00 for 3 cream brûlée which were 1/2 the sz that it was 3 nights ago and the roasted tomatoessoup was literaly 2 tablesppins of soup and it was so salty icouldnt eat it and although the potatos are really good again the portions are so much smaller then 3 nights ago ill never order from them again it wasnt worth it save your money t
