DoorDash orders are discriminated upon. Instead of providing fresh soft serve ice cream, which is why I pay the premium price, they have pre-packaged FROZEN SOLID quarts, which will be hard as rock and take forever to melt, never ever qualifying as soft serve.
If I wanted frozen solid ice cream I'd get it at the stores: I'd save money: I want swirl soft serve for delivery as it is supposed to.
I spoke with the manager and they told me that "that is how it is for delivery" and specifically for Door Dashers! And I quote: "There is no reason that you would not get frozen pre-packaged ice cream if you order delivery, unless we ran out of pre-packaged quarts". So, NO SOFT SERVE for door dash and rude explanation from manager.
