The Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato arrangement was good but this time the bacon on it was kind of burnt so I had to crack off the super hard peices and discard a lot because it was getting in the way of me enjoying the sandwich. The Breakfast Cookie is delicious, but the Cappuccino wasn't good this time. Normally I have no complaints here.

Ordered 6 cookies to bring to someone as a gift expecting they would be in a box, but they were in a paper bag and one was broken. Just sharing in case you are ordering as a gift

Unfortunately, my order was a bit off! I had ordered sriracha and avocado for my egg white wrap, which were missing. Also I had specified a lemon ricotta scone in the notes and instead received apple butterscotch.
I spoke with one of your team members on the phone who kindly offered to throw in a little something extra next time I order.
