Tasted good (especially the tacos) but there were a few issues with the pickup order because their front of house is very disorganized
- I got there >10 mins early but by the time they handed me to food it was cold already. The dishes just sat there, and it wasn't even that busy
- I didn't get any of the sauces I ordered
Also, the Tortilla Soup was tiny! Half a bowl. And it didnt have any tortillas in it.

The custom taco container was the first thing that made me smile. The food was excellent! Tacos delicious! Shrimp and fish were perfectly cooked; fried crispy! Portion was healthy and the freshness of each ingredient was palpable. 10/10 would order again!

Buena bowl with adobo chicken was delicious. Ingredients are always super fresh and delicious and bowl is filling for the price. This is my go to for when I'm craving a burrito bowl and never disappoints!

Overpriced. Guacamole lacked acid and tasted old. Al pastor tacos were greasy and pork was overcooked. Quality has declined. Used to be a favorite. And no fried fish tacos available, their signature dish.

I have loved BO for years and supported this location from day one but the food I received today was not up to the usual standard. everything was half the size of what I am used to, guacamole was a spoonful not even half of the container, my shrimp bowl has 5 little baby shrimp that were overcooked and dry, not the large juicy shrimp I am used to seeing in your food. I barely had any toppings in my bowl, a dollop of pico, a slither of avocado, even the chickpeas were barely there but a whole lot of crema and sauce to make it look full. That's unacceptable for the premium we pay here for good quality and reasonable portions. The flavor is amazing as always but you cannot short change us on to-go orders when we continue to support your business!
