• 23-11-04DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! THIS FOOD IS JUST REALLY GOOD! THE TOFU & THE TEMPURA WERE JUST THE VERY BEST! I HAD NEVER HAD THE VEGETABLE CROQUETTES BEFORE! IT WAS JUST A WONDERFUL, DELIGHTFUL, DELECTABLE & MOUTH WATERING DELICIOUS EXPERIENCE! IT IS ALL IN THE SAUCE! THE SAUCES ARE SUPERB! I HAD A GREAT TIME CONSUMING THESE MOST AMAZING DELICACIES! AGEDASHI TOFU WAS JUST PERFECT! REALLY TENDER! NOT OVER COOKED! PERFECTLY SEASONED! NOT OVER DONE! A little small though! I had ordered tofu last week while I was in Texas! It was just HORRIBLE! The tofu that I had ordered in Texas was ugly! It was hard! It was tough - like rubber - possibly over cooked! It was just REALLY NASTY! That tofu was just HORRIBLE! IT WAS JUST THE VERY WORST TOFU IN THE WORLD - THAT I HAD EVER HAD OR TASTED IN MY WHOLE LIFE! THIS AGEDASHI TOFU WAS JUST SO GOOD! I LOVE TOFU! SO! I WAS JUST SO THRILLED & SO HAPPY TO SEE THAT THIS AGEDASHI TOFU WAS JUST SO MUCH BETTER! NOT ONLY WAS IT GORGEOUS, REALLY VERY PRETTY TO LOOK AT, IT WAS JUST ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AS WELL! SO HAPPY TO SAY! TEMPURA WAS VERY GOOD! IT WAS NOT GREASY! THANK GOD ALMIGHTY! THE EXCESS OIL HAD BEEN DRAINED OFF! I could tell that the oil used was CLEAN OIL! It was NOT DIRTY! Some tempura is soggy, oily & has an absolutely AWEFUL taste because the oil that it was fried in was OLD & DIRTY! SO NOT THE CASE HERE! Shrimp & vegetable tempura were both MOST EXCELLENT! I just wished that it had been LARGER portions of this DELICIOUS - MOST EXCELLENT FOOD! I really and righteously can not yet comment on the MISO RAMEN BECAUSE I HAVE NOT YET EATEN IT! I am about to have it now! IT LOOKS GREAT! IT LOOKS FRESH! EVERYTHING APPEARS TO BE GOOD! I ordered extra & additional seaweed: wakame, nori, ! I did try it! It was TOTALLY FRESH & IT WAS GOOD! I did ORDER EXTRA & ADDITIONAL GARLIC! I TRIED THE CRUNCHY GARLIC ! I LIKED IT! IT STILL HAD FLAVOR THOUGH IT HAD BEEN FREEZE DRIED or dried ... the BEAN SPROUTS ARE FRESH! LOOKS GOOD TO ME! I LOVE MISO SOUP! SO! I AM ABOUT TO DIVE RIGHT IN & ENJOY MYSELF IN THIS MISO RAMEN RIGHT NOW! THE GREEN TEA WAS GOOD! JUST PERFECT! NOT TOO STRONG! NOT TOO WEAK! JUST RIGHT! JUST PERFECT! I have not yet had the OLONG TEA! Thank you ICHI FOR THIS WONDERFUL FOOD! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY RETURN! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY REVISIT! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY REORDER!

• 25-08-29I ordered a Crunch Roll and Classic Tonkotsu Ramen. Fairly satisfying in size and taste. The Crunch Roll was fresh yet the rice wasn't too stable to grab, a LOT of crunch which didn't bother me but does scatter unless careful. Didn't like the wasabi taste lingering due to packaging however. The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen was very tasty but struggled to pull apart noodles while eating, I did appreciate the broth being perfect portion to pour into bowl with noodles but felt like it lacked bigger pieces of pork for the meat was very savory. Over all a good price & very filling. I would order again in the future. Sold 4 stars

• 25-03-29At almost $8, the amount of Seaweed Salad you get is not worth the price. Also, if you add on another egg, you get half of an egg, not a whole egg. Or maybe I just didn't get the additional egg I ordered. Finally, the egg is just a regular, hard boiled egg; it is not the traditional soft-boiled eggs marinated in soy sauce. The portion is great, but overall the Black Garlic Ramen is disappointing.

• 24-07-13Stuffed Jalapeño bomb was good, but overpriced for portion size. Ramen was edible, but nothing spectacular. Soft-boiled eggs are not marinated or seasoned in any way. Portion of chashu was small for the price. You can get better ramen elsewhere for cheaper.

• 25-03-04Perfectly packed, added soy sauce, silverware and the flavor is amazing! Chashu Fried Rice cooked to perfection as well as the sushi, so warm and rich in flavor. 10/10 recommend.
