Th Sio Classic Shio Ramen was good on all fronts, it's hard to find good sio broth in this neighborhood. My only qualm is 1. You HAVE to add the pork or else it's not worth it and 2. Even with the pork and the spicy sauce adding more $$ you end up with a pretty small bowl of good ramen for a pretty steep price. I think I will order again, but only if I'm not that hungry and have money to spend.
