Food is always fresh and taste delicious. Only thing I would say is that the burger buns do get soggy and fries as well. Maybe Five guys should come up with new way to package their burgers.

I loved everything... the Large Fries were fresh, I didn't say well done for my Cheeseburger and it was bomb. So much food and a great price. I love this place. Ohhh and I had my first Milkshake. Heavenly tasting

The packaging was freaking amazing, I've traveled all over state to state and this one is by far hands down the best I've eaten they actually put your fries in a different bag from your burger so that meant no greasy napkins, no digging for your burger with seasoning over the wrapper, and the quality was amazing I must say 5 of 5 would definitely eat here at this one again when I'm in town!

Really nice people, BUT....they overcooked my burger. I watched as they kept smashing the patties with the spatula so hard which took out every ounce of moisture. My burger ended up being extremely dry and disappointing. For a$15 plain bacon cheeseburger, it was hugely disappointing and unfortunately, a waste of money.

I was given only a handful of fries when I asked for the small size. nearly 5 dollars and the cup wasn't even full and no fries spilled out into the bag.
