Did not get the Waffle Cone on the Side I ordered. The Grasshopper and Caramel Apple were tiny. We got a medium and small, and I could not believe the sizes. $8+ for a medium in cream that is about the size of a can of soda, and $6+ for a small ice cream that's barely bigger than a shot glass? Would not order again, which is sad, because they tasted good. They came packaged in a generic black bag tied at the top. As most people could predict, the items were set on my porch on their side, melted.

Ive been to Jeremiah's and know the sizes. Despite ordering a small, this is the second time they have given the tadpole size. They also charge extra for the Oreo cookie crumbles and the two we ordered barely had any. Very disappointing. Will only get again if we go in person so we can ensure it's made correctly.

They are expensive but offered a coupon. Said their vanilla ice cream machine wasn't working and they were out of vanilla and vanilla swirl. I tried to cancel my order but DoorDash wouldn't refund my money. The only choice I had was to choose chocolate ice cream to go with my Large Jelati. When I got my order, there wasn't much chocolate ice cream. I'm wondering if they were running out of that flavor too. For the price of their items, this is not acceptable. Coupon or no coupon, it's not worth it.

Would've been nice to have the cups in a cup holder, rather than just putting them in a plastic bag where they just roll around.
