• Il y a 4 joursGot the 3 LEAN MEAL PLAN bundle & regret not making it the 5 meal everything was SOOOO GOOD. Got Grilles Citrus Chicken Breast, Sauté Garlic Shrimp, & Firecracker Chicken. For sides I got Cilantro lime rice, Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Lemon Herb Quinoa. The portions were more than enough. The shrimp was fresh & had a good bite to it. Food was well seasoned not bland at all & I will FOR SURE be ordering again soon!!!

• 26-08-05I don't leave reviews like ever but this meal prep was SO GOOD. First, the portion size is incredible- I am able to split one bowl for two dinners. The steak bowl with rice and broccoli- fire. The salmon with sweet potato and quinoa- delicious. The sauces that come with are amazing. The protein shake? Refreshing! The brownies? Addicting (and they gave me extra)! I seriously love it all and can't wait to eat my chicken bowl tomorrow. Great job!

• 25-08-27Omg my absolute favorite. Exceeded my expectations!! The portions are perfect, fresh, and the GRASS-FED STEAK (Flank) with baby potatoes and green beans is literally perfect. Will definitely order again!!!

• 26-06-06The grilled fajita bowl is so good. I got it with steak, there is SO MUCH food. Doesn't even look like I made a dent and I'm full already. The peppers, corn, and black beans are all great. I'm super picky with my rice so it's okay! Just your basic Mexican rice. I'd definitely order this again!

• 26-03-08Just wow! The GRASS-FED STEAK (Flank) is absolutely, ridiculously, insanely delicious!!
I combined it with sweet potato and sautéed peppers with a side of salsa verde which made it taste like heaven , not to mention the portion with perfect!
This is about to be my go to for healthy and fresh food in Tempe.
Mad fresh kitchen is definitely the perfect name for this place.
