Life Alive - whether in person or delivery, is top tier. The customer service is exceptional. The food quality is the same every time. I highly recommend this place. It's amazing and old faithful for me.

Unappetizing bowl and smaller than average portion for the Vegan Chili (it's just a pint container and it wasn't full). Instead of broccoli, they put chopped up broccoli or kale stalks in the Rainbow Harvest bowl. They were awkward to chew, tasted bad, and ruined the bowl for me. Bizarre. I've requested a refund.

I usually love life alive but this order was super odd. I got the ramen, which I've gotten in store before but the amount of broth they gave me wasn't enough for the amount of ingredients. I also ordered a dirty chai that came half full seemingly without coffee added. I will say in general I don't have problems ordering from here, so may have caught them on a bad day. The flavors of everything was overall good, ratios just seem to be off

The Teriyaki Tofu bowl was subpar. The rice was not fully cooked, the onions were too sharp. The saving grace was the tofu which was well prepared and seasoned.
The Summer Minestrone was good and fresh. A classic staple.

This was a hard one since I've never had a bad meal from Life Alive. I don't know if it was the heavy handed sauce, the noodle texture or both. It was overly sweet and not any umami l favor. The noodles were very sticky along with it being to much sauce. I love Life Alive, but this is a hard no for me. If this dish gets revamped, then I'll possibly give it another chance.
