Ramen amazing as always. Usually they'll swap out the corn for bamboo shoots so I was a lil sad to see corn, but it was still the best ramen in town. The meat was super tender and the egg was perfect. Honestly just an amazing meal.

First time ordering from Ramen Haus. Reviews seemed promising and it's genuinely NOT bad, but the food left plenty to be desired. The food arrived in a DIY assembly kind of way, which led to a weird experience of some parts of the Tonkotsu Ramen being hot-ish, while some were actually cold. The flavor profile was alright, but nothing that left me wanting more. As for the Cheesecake, I opted for the matcha variant. Genuinely disappointed in how extremely minuscule the portion was for the cost. There was more ice cream than cheesecake, and the ice cream was essential to providing moisture as the cheesecake was extremely dry and dense. Those tiny bites were very hard to process. Might be better fresh in-haus, but this experience does not compel me to try it again.

the shoyu ramen's noodles were a bit undercooked, but the broth was delicious! the matcha cheesecake was wonderful, just wished it came in a bigger size. the store also served me a respectful amount of ice cream on the side for my cheesecake. the icecream was creamy and strong with vanilla flavor (in the best way possible). friendly staff, clean environment, would order again.

Have been a fan for a while but I feel like they are starting to cut corners. Skimping on toppings (only one piece of seaweed, very little green onions and corn), the broth isn't as rich as it used to be. Tonight the pork was weirdly salty/sour. The eggs and noodles are still pretty good but that's it. They're good if you just need something quick, but they're no longer quality. Would recommend going down to Layton or SLC for a quality bowl at this point since Ramen Haus ain't it.

Shoyu Ramen was excellent as always. My new favorite drink is Asian Pear Sparkler. Make sure to give it a try. Spicy ginger and pear. Yum. Highly disappointed with the Honey Toast dessert. Didn't look like the picture. Maybe different in house, but delivery, I received 4 buttered bread ends, six blueberries and 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream. Absolutely no honey in sight.
