Terribly over priced. 17 dollar Ground Beef Burrito was beef and tortilla shell only. 17 dollar Shrimp Burrito was you guessed it several shrimp wrapped in a tortilla. Everything in the item description is an 'extra' adding to an already too high price. Won't be ordering again.

The chicken tamales were very dry. Pretty sure they forgot to rinse the soap from some of their dishes because the rice and Mexican corn had a very strong soap taste to them. We normally love this place but today it was unfortunately not so good.

Not as authentic as I expected. The tamales were a little dry and usually when you get chicken tamales they use a green sauce while this restaurant used a red sauce. The beans were good but the rice seemed a bit weird, kind of reminded me of instant rice. The carnitas burrito was also a little weird, usually you get rice and beans in a burrito but mine did not have any and it did have the red sauce which i did not expect at all. They should use this meat combo to make some pork tamales instead which was not in the menu. Overall not as authentic or traditional as I expected.
