10/10, the boba is always nice and soft and the flavors are potent but not too much. The cheese foam is also my fav!

This store is amazing, I keep coming back to it but they go above and beyond. I hope that the person who made my drink knows that I have a special place in my heart for them and that they deserve the world

The beverages were good as usual. But when the final order went thru the store itself didn't honor the 2 for 1 pricing on the bubble tea as advertised. Doordash customer service intervened and provided me a refund. The store told doordash I'd made special requests that voided the special pricing. I did not. I only used the preset radio buttons menu options re: drink size, sugar level and addons like boba or jelly etc. I've ordered from etea for years and always been satisfied. I've used the 2 for 1 drink special pricing many times with no problems. After today's experience (especially the store saying I voided their discount offer simply by choosing addons), I will seriously reconsider ordering from this store again. I've included screenshots of some of the order pages I saw prior to hitting the submit button. But once I hit the submit button I was charged for every drink instead of getting the 2 for 1 pricing. I'm grateful to Doordash customer service, however, for resolving the issue

I've ordered the Thai Milk Tea before and it was so yummy. This time it tasted like tap water- no sweetener, no milk. Just unsweetened tea. I had to add ingredients to it at home to make it edible :(.

The Matcha Milk Tea is sweet and it tatses Smooth! My little sister loves the Taro Milk Tea she says it tatses sweet like a Sugar cookie
