Good flavor , the shrimp and octopus was fully cooked in the lime ( i say this because most other places give you semi cooked cevich because its rushed) they also give you plenty of tostadas to eat it with. Five stars.
El ceviche y los aguachiles tienen muy buen sabor como debe ser. Muchos otros restaurantes sirven estos platillos medios crudos y desabridos. En La Perla no , al contrario hasta yo que soy de Jalisco y hagas de cuenta que me estaba chingando un cevichito fresco desos que te venden aya en barra de navidad.

The Burrito came in nice and hot. It was bomb, portion was big. The meat I choose was tripe. Mannnn the tripe was flavorful. Now, my opinion over burritos aren't much because my taste buds recently have been like "oh girl... we like burritos now" and I'm like "ayo, frfr?" Anyways, I could only eat like 1/4 of it and saved the rest of it for later.l for left overs. I warmed it up in the oven for 375 and cooked it for like 10 minutes--still bomb. Would order again if I'm craving it.
The 3 Tacos de Tripa / 3 Tripe Tacos MAAAAAANNN THIS WAS BOMB IM DEFINITELY GONNA ORDER THIS AGAIN. Ugh. It was so good. A day later, as I'm writing this, I'm still thinking bout it. The hands that made these meals are blessed frfr. Have a good day y'all!

I've ate at many of their locations and have spent good money I spent 130 plus dollars on three ordered I've paid for this order multiples times and got plates and portions this time that is damn near fraud I will never return to this location and will advise anyone I know also the business I work at has ordered here many of times and we've never received those portions literally order here probably 1 or twice a week I called when I received my order they said they would take care of it when I arrive two days later they offered me a free plate in return this is horrible customer service they charge the same amount as all other locations but give you a fraction of the portions I highly do not recommend this location la Perla VIP will charge you the same amount and give you 3 times the portions this isn't cheap food but it's good so it's worth it except this location

Tripas smelled like wet catfood however they tasted much better than they smelled but were undercooked and was like chewing rubber bands. Al pastor was 100% not real al pastor and botcooked on a trompo. Also no salsa included and tortillas were obviously mission brand or some other mass produced store brand. The driver was great though will never order from here again. Tacos El Rinconsito is awesome always good, sane price and comes with grilled jalapeno/onion and plenty of red and green salsa. Worth a shot though. Live and learn. ::
