I often order the chicken strips and a medium size fries and the strips are always delicious but tonight they were tough and chewy and didn't seem fresh at all. The fries also seemed older and about a third of them were missing and I love your fries but these were not very good tonight.

This was by FAR the worst delivery I've ever received from here because the chicken tenders were not very soft and the fries looked like they were the ones that got stuck at the bottom and cooked the whole day FULL of oil and tasted awful.
I REALLY hope this was just a one and done because normally I love the food.

I have read thatChick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal is their signature ! it's a peice of boneless chicken in a bun ! thats it !it's nice but they could do better and the burger is really small ! so i could give it 2/5 , the fries are nice but should be delivered hot so its a 2/5 , theSpicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal is pretty much better than the Chick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal but still considered small,could rate it 4/5. the signature sauce is a 10👌

Chicken biscuit was in pieces. It's like someone crumbled the food in their hands. Horrible presentation.

We ordered 3 meals. None of us could eat the fries, they were so hard we could not chew them. Disappointed. The last time we ordered chick fil a for our family on doordash, they left out 1 whole meal. We love chick fila but this is not the kind of quality we expect from them.
