Burgers are always fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection! Bacon is thick and crispy, and the fries are the best ever! 10/10 love this place

Cheeseburger was gross - the bun was completely mushy by the time I got it. Tasted okay but way too much cheese and mayo and packaged very poorly. Fries were thrown in bag and overflowed all over everything. Bottle of water is tiny, insane to pay almost $4 for such a small bottle.

I was surprised to find the Cheeseburger had 2 patties and was on special Bogo. The flavor was good. I wasn't happy with the fries though they tasted like they had been made hours ago and warmed up.

The food tasted great! This is one of our favorite burger joints. We would definitely order again. The only thing I'd suggest is go lighter on the salt for the fries. It was a bit heavy-handed with the salt.

I chose to eat a meal from Five Guys Burgers and fries. Just because they had good ratings. I was shocked when I received the bag. The tape was unpeeled from the top and there were french fries everywhere. The whole bag was a greasy mess. I had to dig through all the fries just to grab my hamburger at the bottom. I couldn't believe the french fries were everywhere and the bag opened. Perhaps bad packaging, i'm not sure why? Perhaps they were in a hurry. It was all haphazard and I was missing my mustard. Other than that the hamburger was ok and the fries were ok. Just a huge mess. This is why I gave them the rating I did. I expected something more presentable for $40. I love your business and your customer service though.
