• 26-08-07Absolutely delicious. every. single. time. You can never go wrong with Gina's! the Grilled Cheese w/Beef is sooo yummy paired with the Bisque Tomato with Basil. I love dipping my sandwich into my soup, mmm. Also the drinks are amazing. London Fog 10/10. Gina's is a gem in Maple Ridge.

• 24-07-03Gina's is the ONE. Love you Gina. The chicken and salmon sandwiches are incredible, and will last you more than one meal. Grilled cheeses are tasty too. Latte and salmon sandwich is my go-to. I wake up thinking of those sandwiches. Hope we get more pastry and coffee options in the future.

• 23-10-23After hearing positive comments about this place I decided to give it a try. I had the salmon and avocado sandwich and was amazed at the presentation and the taste. The bread was unbelievably fresh and moist. The soup was spectacular as well. As someone who orders out a lot, I appreciated the eco friendly utensils and packaging. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

• 23-07-28This is a wonderful sandwich that tempts the tongue with every bite. What is delectable? The bread that houses this behemoth sandwich, the thick slices of avocado, the pleasing crunch of sweet onions in a mayo sauce which is a perfect accompaniment to the luscious salmon the is cut thick and under a lettuce comopy is beyond delicious. Ive ordered this several times usually spreading a meal over two days. Once I ate the sandwich in one day but that is unusual. Normally one half the sanwich is a full meal. Order itthe first time and be amazed. Order it a second time for a deeply satisfying meal. And a fifth time to be delivered an unctuous delight.
