no ketchup, had to eat dry, soggy fries. used old hoagie rolls, just because we selected "whole wheat". if you don't have fresh whole wheat, just say that and give us plain ones. dry, stale bread ruins the entire sandwich!

The Vegan Chopped Cheese was fine and I liked having the option to get a wheat roll but the French Fries were terrible. They were so floppy. It wasn't like the condensation made them soft, it was like they weren't cooked long enough or they were stale so they had no chance of getting crispy. Not one fry that I tried had any crisp to it. I tried to eat them but just couldn't. Also, I requested utensils and condiments. I only received napkins.

I cant explain to you how good that vegan choppedcheese was. I almost ordered another one omg soooooo good iadded "just egg"and onion it was amazing worth every penny
